Kellogg Opens Store on mallofmichigan.com

Cereal maker Kellogg Co.'s KelloggStore.com has become the latest tenant on mallofmichigan.com, an online retail and shopping service by the Michigan Retailers Association.


Listed in the gifts section of the online mall, the Kellogg store will sell items based on characters like Tony the Tiger, Toucan Sam and Dig'em. It also includes apparel and accessories, watches and jewelry, home products, toys, collectibles, and Kellogg's racing gear.


KelloggStore.com is the e-commerce site for Kellogg's merchandise, excluding cereals. Its store on mallofmichigan.com will allow consumers to make online credit card purchases.


With this addition, the mallofmichigan.com has more than 130 Michigan businesses selling through the site.


The nation's largest state trade association of general-merchandise retailers, the Michigan Retailers Association has more than 5,500 members who operate 12,000-plus stores in Michigan.
