Kanakaris Wireless, Irvine, CA, will continue its strategy of creating a technology base and state-of-the-art infrastructure for the rapidly emerging movies-on-demand and broader infotainment marketplaces.


It recently acquired Greenwood & Hall, a hi-tech e-commerce, customer relationship management and logistics company that provides outsourcing solutions.


Since the acquisition, the companies have been planning a 24-hour Internet broadcast network and a global network operations center.
