Justice Dept. hires lawyer in Google antitrust case

The Justice Department has hired seasoned lawyer Sanford Litvack for a possible challenge to the Google Yahoo anti-trust case. The partnership between the two companies, that will let Yahoo display Google ads next to its own search results, has kicked up some dust in the industry from analysts who think that this could lead to too much power and higher prices on Google's part. The Association of National Advertisers urged the Justice Department to block the deal and it seems they are actively looking into it.
