J. Walter Thompson and ValueFlash Form Alliance

J. Walter Thompson Co. -- the world's fourth-largest advertising agency -- said yesterday that it formed an alliance with ValueFlash.com Inc., an Internet direct marketing company with technology for interactive business-to-business and business-to-consumer applications.


The alliance will bring ValueFlash's highly targeted VFlash Messenger desktop-communications technology to a broad range of consumers across multiple industries. The VFlash Messenger is a computer desktop application that allows companies to identify and communicate directly, in real time, with their most loyal customers.


ValueFlash benefits from access to JWT's branding expertise while JWT extends ValueFlash's current range of marketing solutions to its blue chip client base.
