IVillage is in talks to sell its iBaby e-commerce unit to BabyGear.com, its online e-tailer, according to reports.

A spokeswoman for iVillage told Reuters Friday that iBaby will be sold off in the wake of a management turnover at the women's network.

IVillage declined to comment on the report.

The rumored sale has led to speculation by some analysts that iVillage might sell all of its e-commerce units, which include Astrology.com, PlusBoutique.com and iMaternity.com.
