iTenol Product Aims to Improve CRM Implementations
Industry analysts report that about 65 percent of CRM solution implementations fail to meet expectations and that this rate will reach 80 percent by 2003, according to iTenol, Milpitas, CA. However, many of these implementations are doomed even before they begin, iTenol said, because of an inaccurate definition of business requirements and errors in selection of a CRM services vendor.
ITenol said its CRM Solution Acquisition Manager aims to correct these problems. It provides online access to CRM expertise and allows all stakeholders in an organization to participate and collaborate over the Internet in requirements definition and vendor selection.
