ISM Offers CRM Comparison Program
ISM Inc., Bethesda, MD, a customer relationship management consultancy, announced yesterday the general availability of ISM Compare, a Web-based program designed to help companies compare different CRM software packages and their functionalities.ISM Compare draws its information from ISM's CRM software review library, which includes ISM's Top 30 CRM award-winners, and other leading CRM applications. These software packages undergo testing throughout the year at ISM's CRM Software Testing Laboratory in Bethesda. Each software review is based on 166 business, technical, user-friendliness and support criteria, all of which are searchable using ISM Compare.
