IRT Fields Calls For Robot Maker

Customer relationship management firm IRT, Fort Lauderdale, FL, will provide outsourced call center services for Friendly Robotics, a technology firm based in Israel that produces robotic lawnmowers.


IRT will handle inbound customer service calls and implement outbound customer care programs and respond to e-mail inquiries. The company will also take orders placed through Friendly Robotics' Web site, fulfill requests for promotional literature and place outbound follow-up calls after such requests are made.
