E-marketing infrastructure company iQ.com, Saratoga, CA, said yesterday that it formed a strategic marketing and technology relationship with MagnaCash, Oakland, CA, an application service provider specializing in cash payment infrastructures.


The agreement will combine iQ.com's private-label loyalty points solution, iQRewards, with MagnaCash's payment and currency exchange engine. The arrangement allows customers to convert iQ.com points into MagnaCash.


The converted points can be spent at MagnaCash merchants, donated to participating charities, or transferred to a credit card or bank account.
