Investment Firm Picks Exstream Software
Exstream Software Inc., Lexington, KY, announced this week that Diversified Investment Advisors, an investment advisory firm specializing in retirement plans, chose its Dialogue software to create retirement statements with personalized messaging and dynamically inserted bar charts and logos.Exstream will work with Diversified, Purchase, NY, to generate and fulfill more than 1 million personalized statements quarterly.
"Our goal is to better educate retirement plan participants and help them to save and invest wisely for their retirement. However, every client is different," said Mark Fortier, Diversified's senior vice president and CTO.
Diversified said it also anticipates saving money on fulfillment with Dialogue's Output Sorting and Bundling module. This will allow it to control how many documents are sent at a time, redirect documents for varying output and sort output files for best postage rates.
Diversified hopes to use Dialogue to deliver the personalized statements online.
