Intraspect, Onyx Partner on Collaborative CRM
Intraspect Software Inc., Brisbane, CA, a business solutions provider, and Onyx Software, Bellevue, WA, a customer relationship management enterprise applications supplier, will provide a collaborative CRM service through a partnership expected to be announced today.According to both companies, the Intraspect-Onyx partnership will provide Web-based work spaces that allow for collaboration around unstructured data, such as documents, e-mails and presentations, as well as around the structured data from traditional CRM platforms.
By integrating collaboration technologies with knowledge management and project/process management, collaborative CRM aims to help organizations coordinate all CRM efforts in one central location to facilitate sales development, manage accounts and deepen customer relationships, providing a strong return on investment.
