Interpublic Group Acquires M. Gould

The Interpublic Group of Cos. Inc., New York, the advertising parent company of agencies including Draft Worldwide, McCann-Erickson WorldGroup and Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide, added another agency this week to its roster: M Gould & Co., San Francisco. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Michael Gould will remain president/CEO of the agency, whose clients include Charles Schwab and Lucent Technologies.
