InterBiz Upgrades Relationship Tool

InterBiz Banking Group, a unit of the e-business applications division of Computer Associates International, Islandia, NY, has released its Infopoint Relationship Customer Information File.


RCIF provides clients with online access to customer profiles containing name, address and demographic data at multiple relationship and account levels.


InterBiz said the product provides quick analysis of cross-selling opportunities and allows users to enhance their processing efficiencies and segregation by customer type.


The new version includes enhancements in handling customer-centric information and expanded fields for tax identification numbers and name and address conventions to meet international requirements. Other new features include database fields to support PINs for voice recognition systems, e-mail addresses and barcoding of mail.
