Inter-American Development Bank Selects Ascential Software
Ascential Software Corp., Westboro, MA, a data integration provider, said yesterday that the Inter-American Development Bank selected Ascential DataStage to populate and maintain its data warehouse.The IDB provides Latin American and Caribbean member countries with financing and technical assistance.
Ascential DataStage, a component of the Ascential Enterprise Integration Suite, lets companies integrate enterprise information, regardless of the sources, targets and time frames.
It will let the IDB access, transform and integrate large volumes of operational, analytical and transactional business data for improved asset and risk management while eliminating costly, time-consuming hand coding.
IDB, Washington, DC, will benefit from improved speed, accuracy and completeness of information collected on its portfolio of loans and investments, which extends across 26 countries.
