The acquired site at www.freescholarshipguide.com will bolster Innovation Ads' presence in the education vertical. The site offers tips on scholarships.


Sales terms were not disclosed.


Investment banking firm Petsky Prunier, New York, negotiated the deal for Innovation Ads.
