Initiate Systems Buys Journee Software

Customer data integration software provider Initiate Systems yesterday said it bought the assets of Journee Software, an enterprise information integration provider. Details were not disclosed.


The companies will have an installed base exceeding 50 clients, said Initiate Systems, Chicago. They will look to expand in vertical markets, including insurance.


Initiate and Journee will offer a combined solution. Initiate's Identity Hub links records across systems while Journee provides technology for accessing data for viewing, editing and management.
