InfoUSA Introduces 2 Compiled Files

InfoUSA, Omaha, NE, announced the availability yesterday of two new compiled databases through its New LeadsUSA division.


The New Bankruptcy Filers database contains 5 million filers of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The data are compiled from 8,000 local, county and federal courthouses and other sources.


Selections include household income, own/rent indicators, phone numbers, gender, bankcard indicator, length of residence, dwelling unit type, marital status, public record type, filing date and discharge/dismissal/release date.


The Telephone-Verified New Homeowners file contains 40,000 telephone-verified new homeowners monthly. It also has non-verified records of 400,000 new homeowners, 1.2 million new movers and 200,000 new businesses per month.


Consumer selects include sale price, estimated home value, interest type, lender type, sale data, rate type, loan type/amount and demographic information.
