InfoUSA Completes Acquisition of ClickAction
Stockholders of ClickAction Inc., an e-mail marketing solutions provider, approved the acquisition of the company by infoUSA, the two companies said yesterday.The transaction closed at the end of business yesterday. Under the agreement, Omaha, NE-based infoUSA will acquire all of ClickAction's outstanding stock for up to $4.1 million in cash.
ClickAction clients include Columbia House, Talbots, Johnston & Murphy, the American Diabetes Association, The Nature Conservancy and Sunset.
ClickAction will be a division of infoUSA and retain its name.
