Customer dialogue solutions provider Informative announced the release of patented technologies and software solutions yesterday to help companies increase revenue and improve customer retention rates.


The new solutions are offered in five software and services bundles that enable corporations to establish continuous, real-time dialogue with their customers throughout the marketing lifecycle.


According to Brisbane, CA-based Informative, each product is targeted at product development, brand marketing and customer loyalty and service organizations. They are available on a subscription basis.
