Informatica Partners with Kana Communications

Informatica Corporation, Palo Alto, CA, a provider of integrated analytic solutions for e-business, and Kana Communications, Redwood City, CA, a provider of online customer communication solutions for marketing, sales and service, yesterday announced a strategic partnership.


Kana has agreed to bundle Informatica PowerMart with Kana Connect, an electronic direct marketing solution that enables e-businesses to deliver targeted messages to increase customer loyalty. To be resold as part of the Kana Conduits Enterprise Integration Platform, PowerMart will consolidate customer-related data from across an organization's transaction systems to enable more targeted, personalized online marketing campaigns to customers.
