Infogroup expands list services team
Infogroup Targeting Solutions' list services business is expanding its list management and broker team as well as the leadership's responsibilities, the company said on Feb. 15.
“We really are trying to draw a real complete team — it's not just emphasis on sales, it's not just emphasis on product, it's not just emphasis on customer experience, it really is trying to bring that all together,” said Ben Perez, who will take on an expanded role as SVP of business development. “It really is a holistic view of how we can service the client and command a real leadership position.”
Jeff Adee also will join the team as SVP of b-to-b business development, focusing on strengthening the group's b-to-b business. Adee, who was most recently SVP of sales for mardevdm2, will focus on improving online and offline data products for b-to-b clients, and data aggregation across channels.
Judy Gessner is rejoining Infogroup's Targeted Solutions group as VP, list services sales support and operations. Coming off her position as CFO/COO of Infogroup's Services Group, she emphasized that this will be an opportunity to “get our clients fully integrated and to reach out as one solution.”
Also rejoining is Steve Mertel, who is taking on the role of VP of business development. Matt Remigy will be director of analytics.
“The plan that's being put into place, the level of discussion, the talent, will clearly show a difference in what Infogroup can do moving forward,” Perez said.
The expansion is being made in part to support the business' needs as it has added a number of new clients to its roster. Recent List Services' client wins include Myron, Eli Research, Oakstone Publishing, Houseparty.com, the National Organization for Women and Arizona Mail Order.
Don Patrick, president of Infogroup Targeting Solutions, described this as a broader influx of industry talent coming into Infogroup over the past several months.
“What you're seeing now is happening in other places,” he said. “List services is core to our success, and this is really part of a broader plan that we're bringing across all of Infogroup.”
