Influent Opens Panamanian Call Center
Teleservices agency Influent, Dublin, OH, will open a 78,900-square-foot call center in Panama, the company said yesterday.The center will be on a former U.S. military base in Colon, Panama, Influent said. It will be operated by Influent's subsidiary, Influent Panama.
Influent did not disclose a projected opening date or an estimate of the number of workstations or agents that would be based there. The center will provide bilingual sales and service support to clients in insurance, financial services, telecommunications and business services, the company said.
Influent employs about 1,500 workers in the United States and the Philippines.
