InChorus Adds to E-Mail Marketing Suite
InChorus.com has acquired the rights to market Instant Call, a system developed by USA Global Link Inc. that lets e-mail recipients and sales representatives speak online over a standard phone line.InChorus, an e-marketing services firm, will include the system in its inChorus Pro suite of e-mail marketing services.
Instant Call also allows recipients of e-mail messages to request a follow-up call from a sales representative. Additionally, the program offers an automated report of call back requests, which include the prospect's e-mail address, phone number, as well as date, time and status of the call request.
InChorus, Santa Clara, CA, said Instant Call will allow its customers to target prospects at peak moments of interest with telemarketing efforts. USA Global, Fairfield, IA, is a telecommunications firm.
