INCC acquires Millenium Teleservices

International Consolidated Companies (INCC), the parent company of 121 Direct Response, acquired Millenium Teleservices on December 14. No staff changes are expected at the Edison, NJ-based teleservices firm.

“We think there's an opportunity in this fragmented market to acquire small to midsize companies in this space," said Antonio Uccello, president and CEO of INCC, which is based in Sarasota, FL. "Invariably, they're very good at selling.”

INCC's signature direct marketing arm is 121 Direct Response, a Philadelphia-based company offering inbound and outbound teleservices and direct mail services.

"I think we're doing a good job bringing other business to the telemarketing machine," Uccello added.

Uccello added that inbound is a potential growth area for the telemarketing space, as more companies are bringing their customer service arms back to the US.
