In the Interest of Full Disclosure

In the interest of full disclosure, DM News wanted to mention that we are engaged in a lawsuit against the Direct Marketing Association relating to its recent purchase of the DM Days in New York show. The lawsuit, like an earlier suit that we brought against the sellers of the DM Days event, emanates from our strongly held conviction that we had a written agreement to purchase the DM Days in New York show.

We regret the need to resort to legal action to resolve this dispute, and assume it will be resolved in due course. We want our readers to know this situation will not affect our reporting or alter our journalistic standards in any way.
