IMM and fiVision partner for credit union service

Integrated Media Management, an output management and document automation technology specialist, has partnered with online enrollment and funding platform provider Financial Vision LLC to provide a new service for credit unions.

The partnership helps enrollment officers prepare and save credit documents by integrating Financial Vision's memberWorks software, which helps with service, sales and new member accounts, with IMM's TotaleAtlas program, a document-preparation tool that combines XML data and PDF documents.

To help credit enrollment officers prepare documents online, memberWorks will upload XML data to TotaleAtlas. TotaleAtlas will then use this data to create PDF documents, which can be signed electronically and then printed immediately or saved for later use. TotaleAtlas will encrypt the files for safekeeping and store them.

Linden, NJ-based IMM provides products to more than 600 financial institutions. The company currently works with nine host processors. Its TotaleWorks suite of software products includes TotaleAtlas along with TotaleChecks and TotaleReceipts.

Financial Vision, based in Indianapolis, IN, provides CRM services to credit unions with its flagship product memberWorks. Its products interface with Symitar Episys and platforms from Open Solutions Inc., among others.
