IMarketing acquires SaaS firm TrackingSoft
TrackingSoft's ROIAdvantage product allows marketers to track the success of online efforts across digital channels, including e-mail, display advertising and mobile, said Keith Kochberg, CEO of iMarketing.
“Given our growth, and where we see the marketing going, we saw an opportunity to control our destiny as far as being able to track and measure all channels,” he said.
IMarketing has used ROIAdvantage for about six years, Kochberg said. The company was an equity partner in TrackingSoft until the acquisition.
No layoffs are planned as a result of the deal. IMarketing's clients include Yahoo, Forbes and Legal Sea Foods.
