ILux E-Commerce Suite Gets Boost from Direct Tech Software

Software companies Direct Tech Inc. and iLux Corp. this week announced a product integration agreement. The deal will make Direct Tech's DM3 Data Mart system a part of iLux's Suite 2000 e-commerce services package.


Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.


ILux, Newark, CA, said that its enhanced package would help Web retail companies achieve more profitable customer relationships. Suite 2000 is designed to capture online viewer behavior for frequent and irregular visitors to e-tail sites.


DM3 Data Mart will still be available through Direct Tech. The system allows direct marketers and e-commerce firms to store transaction and customer transaction. Direct Tech, Omaha, said such information can be used to analyze customer behavior as well as company inventory and purchasing.
