IL Bank Selects CRM Solution From Synapse

Amcore Financial Inc., Rockford, IL, has chosen a solution from Synapse Technology to strengthen its relationships with customers, Synapse said yesterday.


Synapse Daily Deposit Manager uses long-term transaction behavior to identify and provide retention and cross-sell opportunities. The system compares current behavior to each specific customer's historical behavior and recognizes significant behavioral changes to identify new sales and service opportunities. Based on this information, financial institutions then can contact the customer through call centers, e-mail or direct mail.


Synapse, Charlotte, NC, said its system will be implemented through the bank's operations in the next 45 days.
