ID Media locks in Brink's account

Brink's Home Security Inc., a provider of monitored alarm systems for homes and offices, tapped ID Media to handle direct response media services.

As the direct response media agency of record, ID Media will manage direct response television, promotional and emerging media services for Brink's, Irving, TX. MEC Interaction was the incumbent.

"The client's mandate is service," said Amy Armstrong, senior vice president and director of client services at ID Media, Los Angeles. "They are expert direct marketers themselves, and they're looking for an enhanced level of strategic collaboration and tactical transparency."

ID Media's Los Angeles and New York offices will handle the multi-million-dollar account.

Brink's joins an ID Media client roster that includes Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, American Express, HBO, L'Oreal Paris and Nautilus.

ID Media is the leading direct and interactive media services agency nationwide. It is part of the Interpublic Group of Companies Inc., one of the major agency holding companies worldwide.
