ICT to Provide Call Center Services for Rogers AT&T Wireless

ICT Group, Langhorne, PA, yesterday said it sealed a pact with Rogers AT&T Wireless to provide call center services for the Canadian company's prepaid wireless subscribers. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.


About 125 agents in ICT's Riverview, New Brunswick, call center will provide account activation and other customer relationship management functions in both English and French. Rogers AT&T Wireless is a subsidiary of Rogers Wireless Communications Inc., which is partly owned by Rogers Communications, AT&T Corp. and British Telecommunications.
