ICT Group Forms Medical Marketing Unit
Teleservices firm ICT Group, Langhorne, PA, will form a new direct response medical detailing unit in May to service the pharmaceutical industry.The new service, dubbed DrMD, has been tested successfully with a major U.S. pharmaceutical client, ICT Group said. DrMD will use a variety of sales channels, including e-mail, telephone and direct mail, to reach out to physicians not normally available to a pharmaceutical company's field sales force.
