ICT Group Forms Internet Subsidiary
Outsourced customer services provider ICT Group Inc., Langhorne, PA, said yesterday that it formed a new subsidiary, ICT ConnectedTouch.com, which will incorporate several of the company's Internet-based customer service solutions.The services included in this subsidiary include live operator customer support, interactive voice response, Web-based text chat, multimedia customer contact database management, e-mail management and tracking and other functions.
