ICT Expands Spanish-Language Assets

Call center provider ICT Group, Newtown, PA, expanded its Spanish-language capabilities with the acquisition of Mexican teleservices firm Grupo Teleinter, along with the opening of a bilingual call center in Nogales, AZ.

Grupo Teleinter operates a 100-seat contact center in Mexico City that handles inbound customer services and outbound sales calls and provides teleservices for both U.S. Hispanic and Latin American populations. The company will become part of ICT Group's International Services division.

ICT's new call center in Nogales, near Tucson, AZ, and close to the Mexico-U.S. border, has 120 workstations and, when it reaches capacity, will have 200 telephone agents operating in sales and customer services. The center is ICT's third facility dedicated to the Spanish-speaking market.
