ICrossing explores sale

Digital agency iCrossing hired Bank of America to "explore strategic options" — ostensibly a sale — according to The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter. However, when reached by DMNews, iCrossing did not confirm a possible sale.

"We have many options to fuel the growth of the company," said iCrossing spokesperson Dana Mellecker. "Our primary focus still remains on delivering value for our clients."
