Hyperion, Purdue Sign Pact

Hyperion, Sunnyvale, CA, has formed a strategic co-development agreement leveraging the resources and benchmark data of Purdue University's Center for Customer Driven Quality to define, develop and deliver Internet-based analytic applications for benchmarking of customer interactions.


The applications, which will be offered in conjunction with Hyperion CRM, will enable companies to improve the overall return on customer relationships by comparing CRM initiatives to peer groups and competitors, stimulating multiple scenarios for improving customer satisfaction and optimizing customer service staffing levels.
