Hudson Valley DMA Teams With Mercy College
The Hudson Valley Direct Marketing Association and Mercy College said they will share direct marketing resources.Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY, will offer HVDMA its educational expertise for seminars and support in conducting market research.
Walter Neff, Mercy College's program director for its masters of science in direct marketing degree, joined the HVDMA's board of directors as education chair.
Mercy College appointed direct marketing program faculty member Pierre Passavant as corporate relations adviser to improve the school's ties to the direct marketing community. Passavant previously headed the direct marketing program at New York University.
In addition, the HVDMA has started a scholarship fund for direct marketing students at Mercy College.
The HVDMA, Greenwich, CT, offers seminars, panel discussions and luncheon events to members and nonmembers within the direct marketing community.
