HPC interactive tapped Bennett Kuhn Varner to handle advertising and direct marketing for its ApartmentGuide.com property.


The agency is responsible for online marketing, customer relationship management, interactive media, cinema, print, radio and outdoor.


An Atlanta-based subsidiary of Primedia Inc., HPC interactive in 1999 was spun off from HPC Publications. HPC's flagship product, the Apartment Guide book, is positioned as an alternative to newspaper ads for the apartment management business.


Bennett Kuhn Varner, Atlanta, a 23-year-old agency, last year billed $40 million from clients like Cingular, Habitat for Humanity, EarthLink, Six Flags Theme Parks, Dirt Devil and the American Red Cross.
