Horizon Pharmacies Inc., Denison, TX, today formed a new strategic alliance with eGrocery.com Inc., Minneapolis, MN, a company in which it will also make an investment of $200,000.

The partnership will allow customers of some 1,000 Internet-based grocery stores affiliated with or owned by eGrocery.com to have access to HorizonScripts.com either by direct links to its Web site or banner advertisements promoting the Horizon site.
