New-homeowner list compiler HomeData Corp. relocates to Melville, NY, effective Feb. 28. It will close its LaGrangeville, NY, location and divide its order processing between parent company Siegent and Alvion Technologies, both located in Florida.

"We're sad to close the LaGrangeville office after all these years," HomeData president/CEO Bruce Dulberg said in a statement. "However, by having all company personnel in one central location, and by enhancing both our technical and compilation capabilities, HomeData's file will be more robust, thus we'll be in a much better position to service our growing and diverse client base."

The new contact information for the firm will be 425 Broadhollow Road, Suite 126, Melville, NY 11747. The telephone number will be 631/622-2380, and the fax will be 631/622-2387.

HomeData currently employees 10 people.
