Holland Mark named bank's AOR

Benjamin Franklin Bank picked Holland Mark, Boston, as its agency of record after conducting a formal review of an undisclosed number of agencies.

The 136-year-old, $1 billion asset community bank is looking to grow its brand and business using integrated marketing including direct and interactive marketing.

"A significant portion of the budget will be applied to direct and interactive marketing," said Chris Colbert, Holland Mark CEO. "The ultimate mandate is to significantly increase their asset base."

The contract's billings have not been determined.

Benjamin Franklin Bank "recognizes that increasing the asset base will require more than communications," Mr. Colbert said. "It involves modifying or enhancing the service experience and developing or evolving product offerings that meet the needs of today's market."
