HipCricket signs deal with Spanish Broadcasting Network

Mobile marketing firm HipCricket has signed an agreement with the Spanish Broadcasting System's radio stations.

According to the deal, the Spanish Broadcasting System will run ads from HipCricket's Hispanic Mobile Marketing Network, expanding the HipCricket network to reach more than 7 million Hispanic radio listeners nationwide.

HipCricket's Hispanic Mobile Marketing Network debuted this past April with inaugural partners including Bustos Media, Davidson Group and Lotus Communication. The network lets marketers place media buys across these channels.

Spanish Broadcasting System has radio properties in various cities across the U.S., which will now run ads from the HipCricket network including La Mega 97.9 FM in New York which runs the popular “El Vacilón de la Mañana,” as well as La Ley 107.9 FM in Chicago and KLAX 97.9 FM La Raza in Los Angeles.
