Hill Systems Unveils Application Suite for Nonprofits

Hill Systems, an application service provider for nonprofit organizations, yesterday released NPO Suite, an integrated set of online applications for trade associations, charities and political campaigns.

New applications provided by NPO Suite include event registration and volunteer recruitment.

The centerpiece of the suite is ContributorLink, first released in December. ContributorLink is a customizable application that lets Web sites collect online financial contributions. Hill Systems bills the organization for services on a monthly basis, without holding donations in escrow.

After providing the basics -- application, bandwidth and storage space -- Hill Systems does not data-mine donor lists.

"All the data we store is the customer's property and treated as confidential," said Robb Hill, who founded the Arlington, VA, firm in December.
