Heritage Partners Acquires Creative Solutions Group
Heritage Partners Inc., Boston, a private investment firm, has acquired Creative Solutions Group Inc., a network of several companies that specialize in creating and delivering in-store merchandising and direct marketing materials. The terms were not disclosed.Creative Solutions, whose businesses include direct mailer The Form House Inc., Bedford Park, IL, had been owned by the Pentzer Corp., a division of Washington Water Power. Other companies that are part of Creative Solutions include FieldFlex Merchandising of New Jersey Inc., Sussex, NJ, which provides merchandising execution and fulfillment services and several other companies specializing in point-of-sale displays and packaging.
