HerbalBuddy.com increases conversions by 50% with e-mail program overhaul

HerbalBuddy.com, an online distributor of Herbalife products in the United States, has increased its e-mail sales conversions by 50% after streamlining its e-mail communications.

The online distributor was challenged by workflow efficiency and was concerned that customer inquiries were not getting through to its staff. So, HerbalBuddy.com partnered with Email Center Pro to help centralize its e-mail program and make it transparent to the entire organization.

Through the partnership, HerbalBuddy.com combined all of its e-mail addresses with prefixes including info@, sales@ and support@ into one common location where users can apply collaborative features.
