Health Connections to Handle Calls for Ohio Hospital

Health Connections Inc., Nashville, TN, said yesterday it has been selected to provide inbound call center services for Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH.


Children's Hospital will have 24-hour customer support using Health Connections' call center agents. Health Connections has a 75-seat call center in Santa Ana, CA.


The agents will provide physician referrals for patients who call a toll-free number.
