Hawthorne Makes Spots for Paintless Dent Removal

DRTV agency Hawthorne Direct said Friday that it produced two short-form spots for DentOut Inc., which markets an automobile dent-removal product.


The 60- and 120-second spots began airing this month, Hawthorne said. Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.


The DRTV spots offer DentOut Dent Lifters in two sizes to fit into the center of dents, 12 temperature-sensitive adhesive sticks for use on more than 25 dents, along with the premium items Hail Buster and DentOut Finishing Tool -- valued at $20 -- all for $29.95. In addition to the DRTV spots, DentOut is promoting the offer on its Web site, DentOutTV.com.


DentOut specializes in paintless dent removal, a process that uses screws and adhesives to pull an automobile dent back into place.
