Hawaii Tourism Group Taps Intrasight

The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau said yesterday that it signed a three-year contract with Intrasight to manage its marketing database to communicate with consumers and the travel trade industry via direct mail and e-mail.


The individual visitors bureaus for the islands of Oahu, Maui, the big island of Hawaii, Kauai and Lanai also are using Intrasight, Scottsdale, AZ.


Intrasight president Jeff Walters said the new contract involves several assignments including managing all marketing databases, fulfilling all outgoing communications, trade show support and developing programs associated with Hawaii's Destination Specialist Program, which targets professional travel agents.


Intrasight specializes in developing and implementing customer acquisition, growth and loyalty programs.
