Harte-Hanks Inc., Billerica, MA, yesterday unveiled its Allink Customer Data Management system.

It is designed to provide professional services and software tools to help businesses transform large volumes of fragmented, disparate, unstructured and inconsistent customer data into a customer-centric database.

Allink is the suite of data-centric applications that paints a consolidated view of each customer across an enterprise.

Allink CDM builds on the core competencies of Harte-Hanks. First, the data quality and customer matching needs of clients are addressed and enhanced with the Trillium Software System and Customer Key Manager. Then, the Allink CDM applications provide standardized and consistent data for each customer across all back-end systems, helping empower CRM operations, reduce internal costs and increase return on existing data investments.
