Harte-Hanks Reorganizes Several European Offices

CHICAGO--Harte-Hanks Inc. said today that it has reorganized several of its European offices to form a new division to extend CRM-services throughout European markets.

With the reorganization, there are now two Harte-Hanks divisions working cohesively in Europe: one dedicated to CRM services and one dedicated to database development and supporting technology.

The announcement was made at the DMA's fall show.

Jo Van Samang will lead the new division as group managing director, CRM services. He will report to Gary Skidmore, president of CRM in the U.S. Van Samang has been associated with Harte-Hanks since 1991.

The Harte-Hanks CRM Services division is based in Hasselt, Belgium. The CRM database development division is based in London.

The new Harte-Hanks bundling of services is organized along three lines: CRM services for continental European marketing; CRM service for marketing within the United Kingdom; and high-tech market intelligence in all of Europe. There is also a supporting sales organization for all of these services.

Harte-Hanks is a direct marketing and interactive services provider based in San Antonio, TX.
